The implicit goal of a founder is to create greatness from nothing. There is no one single job description of a founder. Being a founder means rolling up the sleeves and doing whatever it takes. As such, the founder job is all-consuming and unrelenting. Most people give up when things get tough. Few would stay on. Only a handful can become truly great at it.
At Profound Dojo, we believe foundership is a craft that can be practiced, mastered, and refined to excellence. Our goal is to work with founders who share our values and commit to the lifelong pursuit of greatness.

Founder & General Partner
I am a serial entrepreneur and angel investor passionate about helping founders turn bold ideas into lasting companies. Having built and scaled multiple ventures across technology and gaming — from working at Facebook, founding Storm8 and investing through Locus.vc — I've lived the ups, downs, and breakthroughs of startup life firsthand. Today, I focus on supporting early-stage founders by sharing lessons from my own journey, such as fighting product-market-fit struggles, scaling teams, navigating acquisitions, and building company culture. My goal is to help the next generation of founders build with conviction, resilience, and joy.
Founder decisions are defined by trade-offs and time arbitrage. Drawing on our own experience, we guide dojo founders to make those decisions like a pro.
With over a decade of operating experience, we work hands-on with dojo founders to make direct impact and drive real business outcomes.
We stand shoulder to shoulder with our founders and fight their battles alongside them. We speak the truth even when it's difficult.
